One On One Non Competition/Competition Consultations
One On One Workshop for competitors: This is an hour Workshop where you work one-on one with Ava for one hour alone. She covers everything from A-Z regarding your contest preparation, including suit choice, tanning, shoe selection, skin preparation, choosing your show.
You will even learn your very own signature pose during this session!
This particular type of a setting gives you an opportunity to perfect your stances. Ava has been an Overall Winner in the NPC, FAP and FAME, I can confidently help you fine tune each and every pose in great detail, including:
The right foot pivot, the individual T-Walk, quarter turns, and all other mandatory poses as well as how to really work that stage! She will also discuss the mental preparation that is absolutely a MUST before ever stepping on stage.
You will be provided with all the contacts needed for anything else you may need so that you are 100% ready for your next competition.
OR For regular non competition/ lifestyle consultations as well. Covering training, nutrition, and supplementation basics.
This is not an hour where I give you exact diets or workout programs, rather we discuss concepts and what you are currently doing to make sure you are right on track.
